The Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to clients, focusing on the implementation and optimization of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) systems. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, configuring FP&A solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption.

Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions to improve finance operations.

Analytical Diagnosis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement; identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the client's FP&A function; develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support client decision-making.

Solution Implementation: Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Pigment FP&A software for clients.

Best Practices: Design and implement best practices for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into financial performance.

Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets; manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery; ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration and integration processes; develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance; coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.

User Support: Create and maintain user documentation and system guides; develop training materials and conduct training sessions for client end-users; provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for FP&A system users.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600~$198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
