Job Description The Associate Director of Marketing Excellence will lead the development and execution of marketing excellence initiatives and training curriculum across AbbVie, focusing on building capabilities, driving commercial effectiveness, and increasing marketers digital literacy to deliver customer-centric, personalized marketing experiences. This individual will partner with Marketing Managers and Leaders throughout AbbVies portfolio, working closely to diagnose needs and develop solutions that advance marketing competencies and support the creation of a world-class marketing organization. Success in this role requires expertise in marketing specifically familiarity with AbbVies Brand Planning Process, Marketing Competencies and core marketing skills. Omnichannel marketing experience preferred. Role also required a level of expertise in learning & development demonstrating the ability to design, deliver, and continually improve impactful training programs, and a strong orientation toward cross-functional collaboration. The Associate Director will regularly engage and lead teams comprising participants from U.S. TA&O (including Brand Excellence, Learning and Development, APEX, Lab+), U.S. Commercial Marketing, Market Access Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Office of Ethics & Compliance, HEOR, Agency Relations, Business HR, as well as other internal and external partners. Exceptional communication skills and an aptitude for collaborating effectively at all organizational levels are essential. Major Responsibilities
