Revenue Operations Master Data Mngr.

Overview

Waters Corporation, a worldwide leader in analytical laboratory solutions, is committed to the success of its customers across Pharmaceuticals, Food Safety, Clinical Research, and Chemical Materials industries. As we undergo a major SAP S/4HANA upgrade, we are seeking a strategic and transformational leader to elevate our Master Data Management (MDM) function and drive enterprise-wide data excellence.

This role is part of the global Revenue Operations structure and is responsible for the evolution, governance, and continuous improvement of our customer and product master data—critical assets that underpin our business processes, digital transformation, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

 

  • Support and execute the Revenue Operations master data strategy.
  • Maintain and improve customer and product master data models and workflows.
  • Ensure standardized, documented processes are followed consistently across teams.
  • Monitor data quality and KPIs, addressing issues through root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Partner with IT and cross‑functional teams to support system enhancements and resolve data‑related issues.
  • Represent Revenue Operations in projects that impact master data structures or processes.
  • Oversee daily activities of master data specialists and shared‑services contributors.
  • Build team capability through coaching, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote strong governance, data integrity, and harmonized business practices.

This is a Hybrid role based out of Milford, MA 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday)

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of master data management or related operational/process experience.
  • Experience supporting or leading master data initiatives within cross‑functional, matrixed environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, SAP MDG, S/4HANA, Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and drive change within a process‑heavy environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence without authority.
  • Multilingual capabilities preferred but not required.
