The Materials Specialist Lead is responsible for maintaining warehouse operations at IDTs Therapeutics Gene Editing plant in Coralville, Iowa.

This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is part of the Therapeutics Gene Editing Operations Team located in Coralville, Iowa and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Complete pick/pack/ship activities, including preparing outbound shipments, coordinating with a variety of shipping companies, receiving incoming deliveries from suppliers, labeling inventory upon receipt, and stocking appropriately.
• Maintain warehouse inventory by stocking, cycle counting, managing Kanban locations, and transacting inventory to the correct cost centers and labs for production.
• Work with other departments to ensure all raw material needs are met.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Valid Drivers License
• Experience working in ERP systems, particularly SAP, with responsibility processing and maintaining accurate inventory records

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel Must occasionally commute to other Coralville locations
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Adapting to performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.
• Warehouse operations, specifically in the manufacturing industry

The annual salary range for this role is 50,000-82,500 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
