Office Administrator We are currently seeking an Office Administrator who will support the Accounting Manager, CFO, and key office functions by ensuring smooth daily operations. The Office Administrator plays a critical role in supporting accounting functions and general administrative operations. This position helps maintain accurate financial records, assists with month-end activities, and ensures an efficient, well-organized office environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Accounting Responsibilities Process and maintain Accounts Payable records. Record daily accounting transactions and maintain the general ledger (AR/AP). Prepare accurate and complete accounting records and financial reports. Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations. Manage daily banking transactions and deposits. Assist with internal and external audits. Support insurance administration, including policy documentation and claims coordination. Communicate with brokers and internal teams regarding insurance and claims matters. General Affairs / Office Administration Oversee daily office operations including supplies, facilities, mail, and vendor relationships. Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding coordination, attendance tracking, and event logistics. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and expense reporting. Maintain company files, documentation, and filing systems. Support internal communications and cross-departmental coordination. Serve as a liaison across teams to ensure efficient workflow. Perform other duties as assigned. Key Deliverables Accurate, timely accounting records and reconciliations. Completion of monthly financial support tasks. A well-maintained and efficiently functioning office environment. Education and Experience Requirements: Knowledge of basic accounting principles, data processing, and payroll concepts. Associate or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and/or office administration. Preferred: Bilingual in Korean/English. Preferred: Experience with SAP (FI/CO) and/or global manufacturing environments. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Skills and Abilities Required: Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, multitask, and maintain strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong data-entry skills. Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies. Reliable, self-motivated, and collaborative.
