Specialist, Campaign Marketing Job Title - Specialist, Campaign Marketing Professional Learning for North America Description Youll have the opportunity to shape and execute strategic marketing campaigns for Pearsons professional learning portfolio, working closely with product, sales, and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact. The role partners closely with the Clinical Core Markets and School Assessment marketing teams to execute high-impact training strategies that deliver meaningful customer value and drive revenue growth. As a critical contributor to Pearsons global training vision, this role helps strengthen regional alignment, identify new growth opportunities, and create a more connected and consistent professional learning experience for customers. We are seeking a strategic, self-starting marketer who can create, execute, and optimize integrated marketing plans in support of professional learning offerings. This role requires the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives, collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes. Success in this role depends on agility, strong prioritization, and comfort navigating a dynamic, evolving environment. The position works closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders across marketing, sales, and product management to drive impact, ensure alignment, and support revenue-focused professional learning objectives. Compensation: Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: The minimum full-time salary range is between $70,000 $90,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is here.
