Fulfillment Senior Analyst Large Product Network Planning
Supply Chain Senior Analyst - Large Product Fulfillment Planning
As a Supply Chain Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing large product fulfillment strategies across our supply chain network. This role supports enterprise-wide initiatives by driving accurate forecasting, optimizing product flow, and influencing inventory placement decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our fulfillment network delivers speed, efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work Tuesday through Thursday at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and other days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What You'll Do

Large Product Forecasting & Product Flow
  • Develop and maintain volume forecasts across inbound, middle mile, and outbound flows to support operational planning and capacity alignment.
  • Analyze network performance and recommend optimal fulfillment node utilization to balance speed, cost, and capacity.
  • Influence inventory placement strategies to support enterprise priorities and improve customer delivery outcomes.

Capability Development & Innovation
  • Support business case development and implementation of new tools and processes that enhance large product fulfillment efficiency.
  • Partner with technology teams to improve forecasting accuracy and product flow optimization through data-driven tools and models.
  • Contribute to enterprise initiatives by identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Communication
  • Facilitate discussions to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth execution of fulfillment plans.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and drive network performance.


Basic qualifications
  • Intermediate proficiency level of Microsoft Excel (lookups, basic formulas, and pivots)
  • 2 or more years of Inventory management, Supply Chain, Distribution/Transportation, Business management, or Retail

Preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • 3 years of experience with SQL
  • 3 years of experience with Power bi
