You will support a variety of administrative activities, special projects, and meeting coordination while adapting to changing priorities with sound judgment.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Provide established administrative support as an individual contributor, performing primarily routine tasks with occasional variation from standard practice.</span></li><li><span>Support internal teams within the Administration &amp; Secretarial function.</span></li><li><span>Follow defined administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.</span></li><li><span>Maintain high standards of professionalism, efficiency, discretion, and independent judgment in all interactions.</span></li><li><span>Perform administrative duties that enable executives to effectively lead the organization.</span></li><li><span>Draft and edit communications for employees, management, external contacts, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.</span></li><li><span>Record and organize data, presentations, and documentation in various formats.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate meetings and schedules, including venues, materials, and technology support.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrate Johnson &amp; Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications</span></b></p><ul><li><span>High school diploma is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.</span></li><li><span>A minimum of 4 years of administrative experience is required.</span></li><li><span>Preferred training or certifications in administrative support.</span></li><li><span>Experience supporting multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.</span></li><li><span>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</span></li><li><span>Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing presentations.</span></li><li><span>Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and organizational skills.</span></li><li><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information, navigate fast‑paced environments, and support multicultural and international teams.</span></li><li><span>Fully onsite role based in Horsham, PA</span></li><li><span>Up to 10% of travel is required.</span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>This job posting is anticipated to close on <b>3/16/2026</b>.</p><p></p><p>This position is overtime eligible.  </p><p></p><p>Johnson &amp; Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
