Representative II, Customer Service Ops
What Customer Operations Support Contributes to Cardinal Health
The Med Device Customer Service team provides specialized support for devicerelated orders and backend processing. This role requires strong analytical ability, comfort working in a fastpaced environment, and the capability to manage timesensitive, manual workflows with high accuracy. Representatives act as liaisons in problemsolving, research, and resolution for both customers and internal partners.

MondayFriday | 10:00 AM 6:30 PM EST
Responsibilities:
Provide professional, timely support to customers as a representative of Cardinal Health at Home.
Handle inbound calls, including order placement, product questions, delivery inquiries, returns, and order status updates.
Support medical devicerelated workflows with strong judgment, accuracy, and attention to time sensitive tasks.
Complete routine backend tasks such as updating trackers, processing device orders, and maintaining required files and documentation.
Use Excel to filter, update, and manage data as part of daily work.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Maintain accuracy across manual processes and follow established procedures.
Communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure consistent workflows.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
High school diploma preferred.
24 years Customer Service experience preferred.
Demonstrated adeptness in Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, exporting, basic formulas).
Prior experience in a fastpaced, performancedriven environment strongly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Works on assignments requiring basic problem resolution and followthrough.
Refers to policies, SOPs, and past practices for guidance.
Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new or complex assignments.

Anticipated hourly range: $15.70 - $22.50 per hour
