Job Description The Training Specialist will ensure consistent compliance with external and internal policies/procedures impacting training by coordinating efforts to reduce gaps and improve compliance. Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements. Foster teamwork throughout the site. Work with Division Compliance and Safety to implement incident training programs. Develop and implement employee training and functional area programs as measured against departmental and organizational requirements utilizing various training techniques. Manage all training coordination, registration, logistics, matrices and records management. Identify the knowledge and skill requirements of job tasks and roles. Act as a coordinator for audits with respect to training records. Lead the annual review of all Basic Operating Procedures (BOPs) within the Pharma Customer Service department to ensure accuracy of processes and adherence to guidelines. Manages data entry and ensures its accuracy, generates reports in support of monthly metrics and audit/inspection requests, communicates information related to training plans to the clients.
