Ensuring that Truist is also creating outreach events and activities that engage teammates, clients and community partners in underserved geographies to align with Fair and Responsible Banking obligations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. Collaboration with community-based organizations (i.e. local non-profits, local trade associations, faith-based organizations) to create outreach opportunities in low-and-moderate income and underserved geographies and increase opportunities to enhance financial literacy that will foster community growth through homeownership. Qualifications Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelors degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Understanding of project management framework and methodologies as it relates to managing outreach events. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant field of work (e.g., MBA). CAPM or working towards PMP Experience leading projects or parts of projects in a matrix organization Knowledge of management and planning systems theory and practical application to complex initiatives General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.Truist offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan to teammates.
