Job DescriptionSupports systemwide strategies to attract, engage, and advance emerging clinical talent across the University of Maryland Medical System. Coordinates workforce pipeline initiatives, career advancement programming, and barrier-resolution services that connect both external community members and internal employees to opportunities in healthcare careers. This role partners with academic institutions, workforce agencies, and community organizations to expand access to UMMS career pathways, reduce workforce disparities, and build a diverse and sustainable clinical workforce.
