POSITION SUMMARY

We areseekinga skilled and dependableFull Time Day Shift Patient CareTechnician(CNA)to join our care team. In this role, you will provide hands-on clinical support and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care. You will work closely with nurses, clinical coordinators, and Nurse Managers to support daily patient care activities and ensure smooth, efficient unit operations.

Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Every other weekend and rotating holidays required. CNA license required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The following statements describe the general nature and level of work performed and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties.

• Assistnursing staff with direct patient care activities, including monitoring vital signs,assistingwith mobility, and supporting daily living activities.
• Collaborate with nurses, clinical coordinators, and nurse managers to implement patient care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Accurately document patient information and report any changes in patient condition to theappropriate nursingpersonnel.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Support clinical coordinators in coordinating patient care activities and managing workflow within the unit.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned.

Full Time Day Shift&Every Other Weekend AvailabilityRequired. Valid CNA LicenseRequired.

LICENSURE & EXPERIENCE

• Valid license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON),required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)certificationrequired.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a hospital or comparable clinical setting,required.
• Full-time availability, includingevery otherweekendand rotating holidaysrequired.
• Shift:7:00 a.m. 7:30 p.m.
