<dt><h2>Class Description</h2></dt>
<dd><p>The purpose of this position is to coordinate the processing of Continuing Education Adjunct Faculty contracts for submission to the Payroll Department.</p></dd>
<dt><h2>Minimum Requirements</h2></dt>
<dd><p>High School Diploma/GED and three years business experience; knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications.<br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 0.25in; color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;" data-pasted="true"><strong style=" font-weight: 700;"><span style=" color: inherit;">Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. <dt><h2>Class Specific Essential Duties</h2></dt>
<dd><p></p><ol> <li>Act as liaison between the Payroll Department, Human Resources, Program Support, and Continuing Education faculty to ensure accurate and timely payment.</li> <li>Develop and process ConEd adjunct contracts.</li> <li>Perform mailings for the division, as necessary.</li> <li>Maintain files.</li></ol>Essential Job Duties are intended to be examples of duties and are not intended to be all inclusive. <dt><h2>Position Specific Essential Duties</h2></dt>
<dd><p></p><ol> <li>Analyzes, tracks, and processes adjunct faculty contracts for more than 8,000 Continuing Education classes annually.</li> <li>Works directly with adjunct faculty and ConEd administrative personnel to resolve issues related to contracts in order to facilitate timely and accurate payment.</li> <li>Assists with special projects, conferences and other activities as related to adjunct faculty in continuing education.</li> <li>Processes and manages all relevant course, work and personnel paperwork related to adjunct faculty payment.</li> <li>Independently assists other administrative areas such as human resources with requests for information.</li></ol>Essential Job Duties are intended to be examples of duties and are not intended to be all inclusive.
