Work you'll do As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with leading organizations to develop and execute next-generation AML and compliance programs in the digital asset space. Your work will directly support clients in safeguarding their operations, meeting regulatory requirements, and staying ahead of financial crime trends as digital assets reshape the landscape. You will help bridge the gap between traditional compliance frameworks and the rapidly evolving risks unique to blockchain and crypto markets, reinforcing trust and resilience for clients as they innovate with confidence. The Team Our Forensic, Discovery, & Financial Crime offering provides services to support anti-money laundering, discovery, business disputes, and investigations. We help protect brands from financial crime and other corporate misconduct, and empower government organizations with advanced tradecraft and technology to combat emerging and evolving threats. Qualifications Candidates will have a demonstrated track record of contributing to financial crime and compliance initiatives, especially within digital assets, and display enthusiasm for growth, collaboration, and building client trust. You will be expected to combine analytical rigor with clear communication, and work independently while excelling in team environments. Success in this role requires not only deep regulatory insight but also a proactive mindset, a readiness to adapt to market changes, and a genuine curiosity for emerging technologies and evolving risk landscapes. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500 - $188,900. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various fac tors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
