Job Description
UX/UI Developer
Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced UX/UI Designer, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Work you'll do/Responsibilities
  • Work on the end-to-end UX/UI design process for web and mobile products, from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs, validate design decisions, and continuously improve the overall product experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to translate business goals and user requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Create visually compelling, accessible, and implementation-ready designs that align with user needs, business objectives , and technical requirements.
  • Apply strong design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, and CSS knowledge, to ensure quality, consistency, and usability across digital experiences.
  • Support the delivery of intuitive and engaging user experiences by refining concepts based on feedback, testing results, and evolving product priorities.

Qualifications

Required
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and a range of UX design projects
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Solid understanding of CSS principles and how they apply to design implementation
  • Proven experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Qualifications

Preferred
  • Experience with HTML
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile applications
  • Familiarity with other design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Azure
