KBR is seeking qualifiedTVACtechnicians to join our OMES III contract supporting environmental testing operations at NASA Goddard Space Flight Centers Integration & Test (I&T) complex in Greenbelt,MD..These employees will play a key role in supporting complex operations related to space simulation testing for both flight and ground support hardware.

Summary of Work

• Provide space simulation testing services for space flight and ground support hardware,utilizing10 thermal vacuum chambers, 2 temperature and humidity chambers, and related support equipment.

• Perform testing services,thermal vacuum tests

• Conduct space simulation testing

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Demonstrated training andproficiencyin space simulation testing.

• Experience with chamber, facility, and test equipment operations.

• Ability to generate operating procedures and equipment operating manuals.

• Knowledge of vacuum-compatible materials and processes for fabricating ground support equipment for spaceflight hardware.

Basic Compensation:

• Jobs on this contract range from$35.19/hr- $70.19/hr. Payrange is specific to theGreenbelt, MDarea.

• The offered rate will be based on the position, contract affordability, the selected candidates working location, knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

• KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.Additionalcompensation may be in the form of sign on bonus,relocationbenefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
