We are currently seeking skilled and team-oriented applicants for the following position: Residential Life Coordinator. The Residential Life Coordinator (RLC) role is a full-time, live-in position responsible for the total administration and operation of a residential community. RLCs are expected to foster welcoming and vibrant communities that nurture personal growth, promote student belonging, and enhance the student experience. RLCs do this through staff and student development, resident outreach, community building, attention to facilities, and administrative organization.

The salary for this position is $42,024 (minimum) up to $45,000. Where the hired candidate will begin within this range is dependent on education, experience, and skills.
