In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the countrys most critical role protecting our national security. We are seeking a SharePoint Modernization Technical Lead / Scrum Master to lead an Agile delivery team responsible for modernizing a legacy SharePoint Server 2016 environment into SharePoint Online (SPO). This role combines technical solution leadership with Scrum Master responsibilities, owning day-to-day delivery, sprint execution, and modernization outcomes using Power Platform and SharePoint Online best practices. The role is accountable for translating legacy business processes and workflows into modern, cloudbased solutions, while ensuring consistent delivery cadence, quality, and alignment with organizational standards. KBR (formerly LinQuest) is the prime contractor on the Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (MSEIT) contract. The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) for the Space Forces Space Systems Command. We support the Space Forces acquisition of state-of-the-art Military Satellite Communications systems, providing global secure protected communications for our nations warfighters. Basic Compensation: $127,000 to $158,600 in California The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
