SCM is a Skip Tracing, Forwarding, Data Skip and Impound division of Motorola Solutions. Job Description
NOTE: This posiiton is not remote and is on-site in Dallas, Texas. This position has a 1 day work from home after training.
We are seeking an experienced Impound Coordinator who are assigned to actively work with field agents and impound locations to secure units for our clients. This position is responsible for locating bank & finance customers and vehicles subject to repossession nationwide. This is solely an office position and not a remote position.
Impound Coordinators review impound accounts for pick up / opposition, and assign vehicles for repossession.
Review charges assessed by impound lots and repair shops to ensure compliance with state and local laws.
Maintain effective communication with repossession agents, collection and other internal departments.
Service inbound calls in accordance with guidelines provided.
Properly document all account activity in the system of record.
Utilize several internal/external business applications and technology to perform routine line of business of activities
Desired Skills
Strong communication skills and assertive phone skills to give clear and concise direction.
Experience interacting with business clients via phone/email
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Working knowledge of websites and protocol involving Impounds and state requirements
Collections, asset recovery or credit experience would be beneficial
Strong attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor
High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office and related applications
This is solely an office position and not a remote position
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year Impound related experience
Target Base Salary $41,600 USD
