This role ensures that performance strategy is consistently executed, adopted, and leveraged to support Market Access decision-making across launches, in-line brands, and enterprise initiatives.

The Director, Performance Delivery enables Market Access by providing consistent, scalable performance execution across the portfolio. The Director ensures that performance needs are clearly articulated, prioritized, and operationalized by aligning data, analytics, and insights with real-world Market Access decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the Market Access performance model by ensuring the right data inputs, analytics, and outputs are in place across launches and in-line brands.
  • Support brands from 2–3 years pre-launch through post-launch by enabling consistent performance execution across the portfolio.
  • Operationalize performance frameworks for consistent, repeatable use across Market Access.
  • Enable proactive performance planning versus reactive, ad-hoc analytics support.
  • Own customer data and analytics project execution strategy, including defining what data is needed and why.
  • Serve as the primary connector across Market Access functions and data and analytics partners to ensure aligned execution.
  • Lead execution of Market Access launch planning intelligence including payer and provider landscape monitoring, benchmarking, and KPI definition.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Market Access or Commercial pharmaceutical analytics, data, and/or strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of payer, provider, and enterprise customer dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of Market Access and Commercial data sources.
  • Experience partnering with data and analytics teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and enable execution.
  • Experience with modern analytics capabilities such as machine learning and AI.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and manage competing priorities across brands and functions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
