This position will assist with all deployment release testing cycles, cutover planning, and execution as well as help drive overall Transcend program methodologies through the Finance Deployment Organization.</p><p><b>Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:</b></p><p>Anticipated workload split is 60% Testing Lead 40% Cutover Lead</p><p><b>Testing Lead Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Support System Integration, Business Simulation, and User Acceptance Testing for all deployment releases</li><li>Partner closely with the SigniFi Transact team to orchestrate joint end to end testing between the two systems</li><li>Partner with functional workstream leads to develop end-to-end testing plans for each cycle</li><li>Report on testing progress, risks, and issue resolution</li><li>Partner with cross functional teams to ensure that all test data and transactions are ready prior to testing kick-off</li><li>Assist in the triage of testing defects for proper disposition and resolution</li><li>Assist in coordinating tester security and role access to ensure uninterrupted testing</li></ul><p><b>Cutover Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Support the development of comprehensive end to end cutover plans for each deployment release</li><li>Support the cutover execution and tracking for each deployment release</li><li>Support mock cutover cycles in preparation for go-live releases</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><p><b>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: </b></p><ul><li>A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in accounting, finance, or related field</li><li>A minimum of 4 years experience working within finance is required</li><li>Experience with system testing cycles – BST, UAT, data validation</li><li>Expert level knowledge of SAP financial processes</li><li>Ability to manage parallel deployment release timelines</li><li>Strong analytic skills and ability to balance big picture with attention to detail</li><li>Passionate to develop expertise in complex financial topics</li><li>Agile mindset</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex issues</li><li>Team player and collaborative working style</li><li>Self-directed individual with the ability to work with minimal supervision</li><li>Strong Business Partnering skills</li><li>This position can be located in either Titusville, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; Raritan, NJ; Somerville, NJ; Raynham, MA; Cincinnati, OH; Horsham, PA; Zug, Switzerland; Dublin, Ireland; Leiden, Netherlands, and Belgium and may require up to 10% travel.</li></ul><p><b> Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Experience in the finance portion of a major business transformation / ERP Project</li><li>Knowledge of digital tools (PowerQuery, PowerBI, …)</li><li>Experience with working in global / vi<b>r</b>tual environments</li><li>Experience using Jira project tool</li></ul><p>Johnson &amp; Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
