Associate Manager, Marketplace Seller Support Catalog As the Marketplace Seller Support Associate Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring a high performing, compliant, and customer-centric seller ecosystem within our marketplace. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring seller performance standards, managing escalations, and providing operational support to both sellers and internal teams, with an added emphasis on optimizing the quality, relevance, and overall health of the Best Buy Marketplace catalog to deliver a trusted and intuitive shopping experience. The position combines process optimization, compliance oversight, proactive issue resolution, and content/catalog performance improvement to maintain marketplace integrity and deliver exceptional seller and buyer experiences. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
