MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Systems Administrator, the work youll do at GDIT will directly support the mission of U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). You will play a crucial role in supporting enterprise-wide workstation and server management through Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), helping ensure that systems remain secure, compliant, and missionready. Assist with building MECM application packages and deploying them to servers and workstations.Support installation, configuration, and patching of applications and Windows OS using System Center Configuration Manager.Help create and maintain standardized workstation images and support imaging for new system builds.Maintain automated application deployment packages and perform basic troubleshooting of software distribution issues.Develop or modify installation scripts with guidance from senior team members.Support OS deployments and updates across supported workstations.Assist with COTS/GOTS software configuration within the enterprise environment.Provide user support and escalate issues appropriately across Tier 1 and Tier 2.Help maintain server STIG compliance and coordinate with Information Assurance teams on findings.Perform routine Active Directory tasks including user and group updates and OU management in support of MECM functions. WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED: Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT.
