Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field required; Master’s degree in related field is preferred. 

• Minimum of two years of experience in a professional behavior management or mental health setting with adolescents.

• Experience supporting diverse adolescents, including students from low-income families, preferred.

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate with adolescents and adults.

• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) tools and other systems.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Willingness to actively engage with students beyond the scope of assigned duties, as needed.

• High degree of integrity and professionalism; MHS staff serve as role models for students.
