As a Senior Engineering Manager - Data Store Platforms, you will lead the Data Store team, responsible for building and enabling scalable, secure, and reliable data platform services across the enterprise. You will guide two squads--Platform Services and Service Enablement--to deliver self-service data capabilities that application teams can adopt and operate confidently. This role combines technical strategy, people leadership, and operational excellence to accelerate delivery and strengthen production reliability. You'll help shape how teams consume data infrastructure through automation, clear ownership, and a customer-first mindset.

In this role, you'll primarily work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. However, you must live within a drivable distance to our corporate campus in Richfield, Minnesota. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team, and the recruiter or hiring manager will provide additional details during the hiring process.
