And our work depends on a Provider Enrollment Operations Supervisor joining our team to support New Mexico BMS Provider Enrollment activities at our Bossier City facility. As a Provider Enrollment Operations Supervisor supporting the New Mexico BMS Provider Enrollment program, you will be trusted to motivate, coach, and develop a team of help desk professionals. In this role, a typical day will include:Leading and supervising a team of service desk agents using designated systems and proven coaching methodsProviding feedback and coaching as appropriate to improve overall performance of agent and/or teamSupervising a team of agents in order to meet operational goals while ensuring customer satisfactionMonitoring, and evaluating team metrics for quality of service, to ensure compliance with Client Service Level AgreementsProviding administrative support to assist with the management of day-to-day operationsParticipating in human resources activities such as interviewing prospective candidates, assist with hiring, performance management, and off-boarding, employing standard Company personnel management methods To qualify for this role, YOU MUST HAVE:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 5 years of supervisory or team lead experience in healthcare operations, provider enrollment, claims, customer service, or a related operational environmentDemonstrated experience managing performance metrics and service level agreementsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft ExcelExperience interpreting operational data and producing management reportsLouisiana residency, living within a reasonable commutable distance (approximately 60 miles) of the Bossier City facility Even BETTER if YOU also have:Experience with Medicaid Provider EnrollmentKnowledge of credentialing or provider enrollment operationsExperience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or workflow management systemsExperience creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence toolsWHAT GDIT CAN OFFER YOU:Tuition reimbursementAn opportunity to collaborate with a close-knit team committed to promoting from withinA hybrid work environment with the ability to work from the comfort of your own home
