Description: The University of Notre Dame, Department of Finance, is looking for applicants in all areas of finance to fill one or more teaching faculty positions (non-tenure-track) in the Finance Department. Positions can be at the assistant, associate, or full teaching professor level depending on qualifications. Position duties include outstanding teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and contributing to the intellectual life of the college. The University of Notre Dame, located in South Bend, Indiana, is consistently ranked among the top 25 undergraduate institutions in the U.S. The University has approximately 13,000 students, with undergraduates accounting for 70% of the student body. As part of the University's Mendoza College of Business, the finance department contributes to a top-ranked undergraduate business program and several highly regarded graduate programs, including MBA, executive MBA, and Masters of Science in Finance programs. Finance faculty and students also benefit from close collaboration with the Notre Dame Institute for Global Investing (NDIGI) and the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate (FIRE). Qualifications:
Candidates should have a demonstrated record of excellence in teaching across a range of topics and program levels. The ideal candidate will have significant relevant industry experience and/or hold a Ph.D. in finance or a related field.
