The business unit supports customers across the Department of Defense, federal civilian agencies, and commercial partners, delivering innovative solutions that enhance mission readiness, operational effectiveness, and long-term mission success. Job Summary The Task Lead provides overall leadership and management for task operations and sustainment activities in support of ILS2 Task Order execution. This role is responsible for ensuring continuous system performance, operational readiness, and effective lifecycle sustainment of facilities, infrastructure, and mission systems supporting operational requirements across fixed and expeditionary environments. Serving as the primary authority for task execution, the Task Lead oversees maintenance programs, coordinates multidisciplinary sustainment activities, manages personnel and resources, and ensures compliance with performance standards and contractual requirements. Working closely with logistics, operational, and support organizations, the Task Lead ensures seamless integration of sustainment efforts and drives continuous improvement initiatives that support mission readiness, system reliability, and long-term operational effectiveness. For Hawaii Applicants: The expected salary range for this position in Hawaii is $144,700 - $175,800 (update as required). Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, work location, and other job-related factors. This range is provided in accordance with Hawaii pay transparency requirements and applies to candidates working in Hawaii.
