As a Property Administrator Senior manages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations. Property Administrator Senior is responsible for the management and oversite of contract property team, customer support, operations and administration to meet program and government requirements. Daily activities include and are not limited to, performing a mixture of customer and vendor relationship management, financial & data analysis, supply chain management, spare equipment management, supporting contract deliverables, procurement, finance, and property management functions for the program.HOW A PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACTManages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulationsSupportstheclientslogisticsrequirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities. Completes inventory management tasks for materials, parts, supplies, and equipment with minimal supervision.Receive, barcode, inventory and disposition assigned equipmentUpdate tracking/management database with asset informationMove equipment between facilities via pallet jack or pushcartMaintain consumable stock levels - complete equipment reorders as requiredConducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory, and analyzes requirementsin order todevelop strategies to achieve desired delivery timesMust have a valid driver's licenseProvides hands-on logistics analyst and technician support within a team of logistics professionals satisfying mission operations at the customers largest enterprise site.Perform the full spectrum of duties associated with shipping/receiving, inter-plant transfers, barcode assignments and database maintenanceResponsiblefor annual inventory of thousands of accountable items, working with security and governmentlogisticsmanagers for dispositionAttention to detail and ability to track multiple logistics tasks through established and evolving policyare a must.Manage on-site logistics and resource deployment, including hands on coordination of equipment handling with physical capability to lift, carry, and load materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Conduct regular siteinspectionand operationalassessmentrequiring mobility throughout work areas, including standing, walking, and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling to evaluate.Must be able to access IT equipment in and around office furniture, as part of annual inventory is required.Advanced skills with Microsoft365.Participates in special projectsandperformsadditionaldutiesasrequired.WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent experienceRequired Experience: 5+ years of related experienceRequired Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and other tools , understanding of computer systems, voice/video systems, and network infrastructure.Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with PolygraphLocation: On Customer SiteUS Citizenship Required.GDIT IS YOUR PLACE:401K with company matchComprehensive health and wellness packagesInternal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your careerProfessional growth opportunities including paid education and certificationsCutting-edge technology you can learn fromRest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays.
