Program OverviewGDIT delivers critical allsource intelligence on foreign military and civilian cyber actors, their infrastructure, and the broader ecosystems in which they operate. This intelligence directly supports foundational military intelligence (FMI) requirements for the joint force and aligns with mission portfolios.On this program, GDIT provides a wide range of analytic and missionenabling support to produce operationally relevant FMI and scientific and technical intelligence (S&TI) for cyberspace operations. We support the full intelligence cycleplanning, collection, processing, exploitation, production, and disseminationand perform integrated mission management.All support is focused on enhancing the customers ability to conduct both defensive and offensive cyberspace operations.Position Overview - C4I AnalystThe C4I Analyst conducts allsource intelligence analysis on foreign national Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) organizations, systems, processes, and telecommunications infrastructures. This role supports the C4I Functional Production Area (FPA) by producing finished intelligence, maintaining intelligence databases, and delivering analytic insights that inform U.S. nationallevel decision makers, Combatant Commands, and Department of War (DoW) policymakers. The analyst evaluates foreign military C4I capabilities, exercises, signal and electronic warfare deployments, and network vulnerabilities. Work includes performing intelligence research, integrating multisource data, and generating foundational military intelligence on foreign national C4I activities, technologies, and organizational structures. The C4I Analyst also maintains, and updates Modernized Integrated Database records and other followon systems, ensuring comprehensive situational awareness of foreign C4I networks and potential weaknesses in confidentiality, redundancy, and system integrity.Job RequirementsProvide analysis in compliance with DIA Standard Operating Procedures for the C4I Functional Production Area, ADO, and ICD 203 and ICD 206 sourcing, analysis, and production standardsProduce finished intelligence products and intelligence database updates to support national decision makers and Combatant Commands with operational planning and analysisAdvise, assist, and support allsource C4I and telecommunications infrastructure intelligence analysis on foreign military nationallevel C4I organizations, systems, processes, and technologiesIdentify, locate, and track deployment of foreign mobile signals, electronic warfare, and SIGINT units that support joint and/or national C4I functionsConduct expert analysis of foreign military C4I exercises by identifying participating units, missions, assets, purpose, and comparing new exercise activity to historical C4I exercise behaviorProduce Modernized Integrated Database and followon system records, including allsource analytic writeups and imagery analysisAssist the Government in allsource analysis and collection by assembling relevant information, data, and knowledge from multiple intelligence disciplines to provide situational awareness and foundational military intelligence on foreign national C4I issuesProvide analysis of foreign national C4I and telecommunications organizations and networks in support of CIC requirementsAnalyze foreign nationallevel C4I organizations, processes, and systems to identify vulnerabilities related to redundancy, confidentiality, and overall system integrityEducation and Desired Experience Bachelors degree with 8 years experience.
