Talent Acquisition Principal Recruiter

As a Principal Recruiter I, you will play an important role in attracting top talent to Best Buy. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for specialized roles in areas such as AdTech, Technology, Retail Media, Marketing, and Analytics. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, execute sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful roles while collaborating with a team of experienced recruiters.

This role is remote eligible, meaning you can work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What you'll do

Manage full-cycle recruiting for specialized roles in AdTech, Technology, Retail Media, Marketing, and Analytics.
Execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.

Share best practices and collaborate with peers to continuously improve recruiting processes.

Meet defined metrics for quality, speed, and compliance.

Basic qualifications

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

4+ years recruiting in corporate or agency environments.

3+ years recruiting in digital advertising, ad tech, programmatic, or retail media.

2+ years developing sourcing strategies across multiple channels

Preferred qualifications

Ability to use data to inform recruiting decisions.

Success in presenting candidate slates to hiring managers.

Proficiency in ATS systems for posting and tracking candidate activity.
