Joint Live/Virtual/Constructive Technician (JLVC) SeniorGDIT is seeking multiple qualified candidates for Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support II (MTCCS II) program. GDIT delivers individual sustainment through collective Mission Command training, Leadership Training / Development, Warfighter Functions (WFF) training, Delta Training, First Person Simulations (Gaming), and constructive simulations supported training. Technical integration between simulation and C4I systems. Establish /maintain training and exercise networks. Accomplish Risk Management Framework Certification and Accreditation security and risk management activities.Advance how our customers operate while you advance your career. Our work depends on a JLVC Technician joining our team to help build and enable the readiness of our Nation's Army in the Pacific!MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:Integrate JLVC capabilities to deliver realistic, complex, and multi-domain training environmentsConfigure and maintain JLVC systems, networks, and interfaces to ensure reliable connectivity and operational readinessTroubleshoot complex technical issues across live, virtual, and constructive systems to minimize disruptionSynchronize simulation architectures and data exchanges to ensure interoperability among Joint and Army training systemsSupport the JELC to enable seamless mission command training eventsAdvise contract, customer staff, and exercise planners on JLVC capabilities, limitations, risk, and technical solutionsCollaborate with government staff, contractors, and external organizations to resolve integration challenges and improve training outcomesImplement the Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP/Risk Management Framework-DIACAP/ RMF), the standard process under which all Department of War (DoW) information Systems achieve and maintain their Authority to Operate (ATO)Enhance the overall training experience by delivering innovative, reliable, and realistic simulation capabilities that improve unit readinessProvide rapid problem solving during high visibility exercisesParticipates in special projects as required WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education: BS/BA in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, relevant experience, technical certifications and trainingRequired Experience: 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in modeling and simulation, systems integration, or military training systems; preferred 5+ years experience supporting JLVC training environments; preferred 3+ years experience supporting Army or Joint collective training eventsRequired Technical Skills: Experience in supervising the configuring, maintaining, operating and integrating of the JLVC federation (JDLM, JSPA, JCATS, JMECS, EXCIS, etc.) services and interoperability solutionsStrong understanding of DISA STIG compliance and integrationExperience with Windows Server and Linux administrationPractical experience managing gateway services, federation interfaces, and simulation connectivityDemonstrated experience in network and system performance monitoring and analysisMust be able to validate data exchange, resolve technical issues, and support distributed joint and multinational exercisesCertification: Comp TIA SEC+ certification required; Linux OS preferredSecurity Clearance Level: Secret clearance required with ability to obtain TS/SCI Required Skills and Abilities:Superb presentation and communication skillsStrong ability to advise and educate leadership through non-technical terms on simulation requirements and training objectivesAdapt quickly to changing exercise scenarios, technical requirements, and emerging capabilitiesKnowledgeable in JLVC network administrationDevelop and maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, and diagramsLocation: On Customer Site / moderate travel required to other customer sites throughout AoRGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:At GDIT, the mission is our purpose, and our people are at the center of everything we do.Growth: AI-powered career tool that identifies career steps and learning opportunitiesSupport: An internal mobility team focused on helping you achieve your career goalsRewards: 401K with company matchCommunity: Award-winning culture of innovation and a military-friendly workplace OWN YOUR OPPORTUNITY Explore an enterprise IT career at GDIT and youll find endless opportunities to grow alongside colleagues who share your desire to drive operations forward.#GDITArmy #GDITRecruitng #defenseOCONUS
