THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.

KBR is seeking a Deputy Academy Program Manager for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), for the Controller Training Solutions (CTS) II program, aimed at enhancing training for air traffic controllers. This procurement involves comprehensive training and support services, including program management, curriculum development, and classroom and simulation training, essential for maintaining high safety and professionalism standards in air traffic control.

This individual is responsible for assisting the Program Manager in overseeing and directing the activities of all contract personnel providing support at the FAA Academy under this contract. This individual must be located in Oklahoma City, OK and work on-site at the FAA Academy. Qualifications Candidates for this position must have demonstrated experience managing a program or organization of similar size and scope to this contract. The candidate must have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the management and administration of efforts of scope and complexity comparable to that anticipated under this contract. The candidate must have a minimum of a bachelors degree in the business management field, or any other area of study comparably relevant to the management of this effort, from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a bachelors degree, the candidate must have at least 15 years of experience in the management and administration of efforts of size, scope and complexity comparable to that anticipated under this contract. The candidate must have prior management experience in an Air Traffic Control facility or management experience comparably relevant to the management of this effort.
