Born in North Little Rock, AR November 26, 1947; Founder and Owner National Institute of Family Services, Inc; Teenage Civil Rights Activist; Recipient of Four-year Eleanor Roosevelt Scholarship from Scholarship, Education and Defense Fund for Racial Equality of New York, used at Howard University; Story in Library of Congress, "Voices of Civil Rights" Historical research on North Little Rock African Americans included in "On the Opposite Shore, the Making of North Little Rock, the city's first effort to document African American contributions to the city; Served on the board of the national Howard University Alumni Association for eight years; Traveled to London England in 1996 to help inaugurate the National Federation of Black Women's Business Owners’ Black Women Business Owners United Kingdom Chapters.

Being taught by Dr. Nathan Hare to question what is written in textbooks....., Serving as Inquring Reporter for the Hill Top Newspaper, So many handsome African American males,
