About   (request update)
Dr. F, Au.D., CCC-A is a state and nationally certified audiologist and a certified NC Infant, Toddler and Family Specialist. For the past seven years, she has held the position of Clinical Pediatric Audiologist for a non-profit state agency. Her clinical interests involve evaluation and rehabilitation for pediatric and special needs populations as well as adults. She has participated at various regional health fairs and events. Prior to her current position, Dr. F worked as an Educational Audiologist for a private company where she supervised the audiological program for seven school systems.
Dr. F received her Doctorate of Audiology degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology in 2006. She attended East Tennessee State University where she received a Master of Science degree in Audiology in 2001. While at ETSU, she was a member of the New Faculty Advisory Board, mentored minority students and participated in various community service projects. Dr. F received a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Pathology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 1998. Currently, Dr. F is enrolled in the Master of Health Administration program at Webster University and is expected to graduate in May 2011. She is a member of American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), Delta Mu Delta International Business Administration Honor Society, a board member of the HBCU Endowment Foundation, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
