Q&A With Peter Slaughter

What is the best advice you can give to young black students today in this country when it comes to success and education ?
"Do not drink or smoke weed or use any drugs. Do not hang around people that do.It seems that many have financial and grade issues. Stay a so-called nerd or geek while in college.Get your GPA high as possible and help the next person get to the top in this life, instead of being greedy, selfish and materialistic. Also, keep a good book to read at all times instead of having something attached to your eyes or watching a phone all day for updates bit of internet chatter."
