Delta Sigma Theta

Claim To Fame:

I was also heavily involved with the SGA: Freshman and Sophomore Class Senator, Junior Class President, and SGA Treasurer

Most Memorable Moment:

Spr. 1998 greek water wars during Greek Week. Also putting Delta Iota back on the map at the Spring Fest 1998 greek show. We overcame sooo many obstacles, but through our hard work and dedication, we survived our first year on campus. Delta Iota Spring 1997---a line to be remembered always, or at least as it seems every time I come back for homecoming. I also remember participating in the cafteria boycott during Parents weekend my freshman year. I recall, MUTHAS in Ruston, The Country Kitchen that had great parties, and the skating parties in Monroe. Damn things have changed around that place. RIP Renaissance--that was an institution at Grambling. I also recall when the STUDENT UNION closed down for rennovations and the TREE OF KNOWLEDGE. I remember TIGER HOUSE before there was a SONIC or a CHURCH'S. I traveled in a group of 5 GIRLS: Sandy, LaTawyna, Soree, Angie, and Me: The cutie pies of the T-Phi..lol (tubman hall)
