Claim To Fame:
I was the only female member of the lower brass section playing the baritone horn. I enjoyed the sound of the brass. I mean, who needs the clarinet (which I had previously played for years until high school) for pep band during basketball season?????...games on the stage :c)!!!!!!!!!
Most Memorable Moment:
I was the only female member of the Men's Glee Club. No, I am not a male, but, I love the sound of combinations of the male voice and, as a music major, wanted to learn as much as I could from our beloved director, The Late Mr. Vernon Mendelssohn Harleston (I will forever love and respect you), as it pertained to getting the most and the best from even the most mediocre voice. Though those guys could be "unmerciful" in singing those songs like "Ugly Woman" and "Some Gal" directly to me just to see my face turn red, I loved you for it...you sounded soooooooooooooo good.
