I am a native of Greensboro, NC, graduated from James B. Dudley High School in 1970. I also attended Malcolm X University and worked as a community activist for more than fifteen years. I graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a BA in Political Science in 1979. I obtained an MA and a PhD from Clark Atlanta University. T taught political science courses for 27 years at Spelman, Georgia Tech, Georgia State, South Carolina State and North Carolina A&T State( 16 years). Currently I am serving as Senior Research Associate for the Beloved Community Center in Greensboro, NC.

Current Whereabouts:
Currently I am completing a research project on racism, corruption and police misconduct in Greensboro, NC
Life & Professional Aspirations:
I plan to publish two books over the next five years. I want to get major funding for my research on the "Missing Pages of the Civil Rights Movement. I also want to make full length feature films and documentaries.
