I am an Afro-Cuban, born in Banes, Holguin, Cuba and raised most of my life in Miami, Florida, USA. I attend Tuskegee University and I am an architecture student.

My Interview Question

How do you plan on leaving your mark/footprints (for others to progress) at your HBCU?

Life & Professional Aspirations:

I aspire to become a licensed Architect and a structural engineer. I look forward to seeking certification to practice architecture in other states as well as LEED accreditation. I also plan on pursuing graduate school for structural engineering. I envision giving back to my alma mater as well as to the students attending Tuskegee University for the first time, primarily architecture students within my hometown.

I would say that my claim to fame is my intuitive approach to architectural designs.

Most Memorable Moment:

Nights in the studio that I have spent with colleagues struggling very hard to meet deadlines and keep up with extracurriculars

Best Memories:

Some of my best high school memories include the laughter and lessons I shared with friends and associated. The maturing thoughts that emanated from me from matriculation to graduation.
