While working at NOAA National Weather Service as a Systems Engineer I designed the new CADAS system. I was also the project engineer for the NWS Hazcollect System that went operational in 2009. I am now the owner of Elements 4 Nature (www4elements-ewaf.com), selling Dr. George Washington Carver products as well as other natural products.
