Claim To Fame:

Arranged music for the VSU trojans for 15 years.. also arranged for over 250 schools around the country in the 70's and 80's.. Recording artist with 2 Gold records and Several CD's as a Solo Jazz Artist.. Mentored D'Angelo... Taught at Morehouse.. Marched in the Morris Brown College Wolverine Band '69 - '71 (Rose Bowl & Macy's)

Most Memorable Moment:

Marching in the Macy's parade and the Rosebowl Parade in the same year. The first HBCU band to receive that honor. Playing Shaft on national TV with Isacc Hayes.

High School: Washington High in Atlanta, GA class of 1969

Best Memories:

1st High School band to perform a halftime show at the Coaches All American Football Game. Graduating from the same High School that Martin Luther King, Jr. attended. Also (Gladys Knight, Lena Horne, Nipsy Russell, Jean Carn.
