I am the author of “Expressions of My Own Heart” a collection of inspirational poems based on true life experiences to encourage and increase the faith of others.
My second book, “A Prayer for the Other Woman” is a story about an affair that I had with a married man, which began after the death of my only child and a divorce from my husband of 13 years. When he decided to return home to his Christian wife, she found out about the affair, called me and cursed me and then called again to tell me God told her to pray for me. In an unusual turn of events, she befriended me. Her continuous prayers led to my healing and the acceptance of Christ.
I am currently writing my third book which is the story of what happened after I accepted Christ. I lost my six figure job, my house, my car, found out the value of family, the meaning of true friendship, who I was and who Christ really is. It is also an inspirational story about how to overcome hurt caused by family, friends and church folks.
Being a Christian isn’t easy, but with the focus on God, it can be done. Look forward to the release in fall 2011.
Current Whereabouts:
Currently I'm completing my third book. That's my main focus other than studying the WORD.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
To re-marry. I know God is molding my mate right now as well as perfecting me for him (smile). My aspiration is to open a shelter for battered women and children and write a children's activity book once the current one has been published. My future thoughts past that are still open. I would like to one day turn one of my books into a screenplay, but I have no clue where to start. Please pray for me as I pray for myself *_*. Lastly, I love children. My ultimate dream is to open an old school candy store in memory of my son. Thanks for allowing me to share.

Activities & Accomplishments:
I was shy in school. The only activity I was involved in was NJROTC and then I joined the Navy to retired after 20 years of honorable service. Needless to say, I am no longer that shy high school girl

I have 10 years of experience working in the Hospitality/Tourism industry.
