What is it that you like to do within your career?
"Presently Im pursuing my BS in Biology Pre-Med... But I'm leaning more to getting my BS in nursing... and then work towards my masters... Hopefully to become a Physicians Assistant... I figure... I may not be a doctor... but I'll still be doing something I've always wanted to do and that's help, educate and provide a humanitarian service."

How do you feel we, as blacks in the 21st centeury collectively and individually, can best improve our communities and future as a people in this coun
"As my grandparents told me... It starts at home. Providing strong character and vales with family. The second is goodwill... Being s neighbor.. it amazes me but we live so busy of lives that many of us do not know our neighbors. Remember the old "It takes a Village" Once we can start within our streets in which we live.... Then I believe the community, schools and other civic involvements will come easy. My high school Government instructor required that his classes each six weeks grading period volunteer one hour of community service. I didn't understand then.... BUT now; I Get It!!"

What are you really passionate about?
"life, family, helping people... And as a health care provider my passion is educating men on the importance of regular check ups....LOL... Seriously, my grandfather passed away from prostate cancer... "

What is the one thing that would most help to create social equality between blacks and whites?
"I think one thing that may help create social equality when everyone understands that GOD created man in his image... With time and change, man began to branch out into different geographical locations, study different cultures, religion... etc. GOD ONLY HAD ONE FABRIC WHEN HE CREATED MAN, THEREFORE NO ONE RACE IS GREATER THAN the OTHER... "

What lessons can you pass on to our youth?
"I believe mostly I can pass on to our youth; that they have the power to be whatever it is they aspire to be. The most fundamental need in society is education and commynity involvement. We as African Americans, should take pride in who we are, where we've been and make a positive move in the direction we're going."
