My name is Nuri Flowers, and I am second year college student attending the Central State University in Wilberforce, OH. I am form Ypsilanti, MI and I am 20 years old now. I am a senator for Multi-Cultural Affairs for Student Government Association at Central State University. I am a national member of the NAACP, I serve on the community service board for my university charter. I am involved in the Communication department as a Broadcast Media major with a minor in Spanish. I am involved as an active member of the Student Support Services program, and I am also a student tutor in the tutorting services on campus. I tutor in Spanish, English, Geography, Geology and Global and African American history. I have a 3.2 gpa, and I am an Honors student.

To all HBCU students, what has your school done to benefit all of you as students, and how your school has pushed you to futher your goals
