About   (request update)
Oh, dear...I will keep it short!
Well, I was born in Connecticut, appropriately enough for the North, in December. Close to Christmas, but didn't quite make it to that. I live in South Carolina, now, but I still miss my CT.
Still, there are things I love about here: the people who I have met who remain close, my alma mater, the beaches, the history...
I am primarily a visual artist, BA in Studio Art. I have experience working from a shop, but I don't want to rent again, I hope to own a place next time.
Religion is important to me, but I really know I want to be a much better person.
My Interview Question
Serious is IMPORTANT! But are you goofy AND sarcastic, too? That
Current Whereabouts:
I am always with the visual art. I recently started getting out there more with it...gallery go-sees I call it, visiting galleries to possibly leave, sell my art there. I am also making more connections with it. And of course, I am always into food!
Life & Professional Aspirations:
My life aspirations: to be spiritually complete, marraige, kid(s), dream house (doesn't HAVE to be huge, though), another cruise! My professional aspirations: own my art studio/shop

Education   (request update)
Claflin University class of 2003
Undergrad Major: Art
Claim To Fame:
I created a drawing of President Barack Obama in 2009 & sent 2 prints to the First Family. A year later, I received a thank you card in the mail via The White House. The card is signed by both the President & First Lady. God made me smile that day! It was a proud moment, but I keep a level-head!
Most Memorable Moment:
I have quite a few! But my favorite is the simplest...being in the art department all hours of the day and even at night, sometimes, wit fellow art students gettin it in! Gettin our work done-trying to one up each other w/ our projects, but being encouraging simultaneously! The family-like atmosphere while creating...cracking jokes and blasting music...I really miss THOSE times!
High School: Holly Hill-Roberts in Holly Hill, SC class of 1998

Activities & Accomplishments:
Numerous art awards. I started selling my art in high school. I was also part of a dance class...there was a talent night and my group performed a routine (we were dressed up like jazz girls, I think.
Best Memories:
That dance experience was awesome and making friends with a German exchange student in my art class. We cut up alot, got in trouble once for locking a fellow art student in the supply closet. Hey, it was for fun!!
Experience
I currently work with Auto Dealership as Receptionist
I have 7 years of experience working in the Arts, Entertainment, and Media industry.
Activity
TOOOO HOT!! TOOOO HOT!!
It's Summer, yeah....but the CU-RAZY thing is Summer officially began a few days ago. WTH!? If Spring was feeling like a furnace BEFORE it was Summer, than Summer feels like a furnace turned up to D ...more
