I run the annual Essay Contest for Children of African Descent which encourages and supports Our children, aged 7 to 16 years, in Africa and across the African diaspora to write about issues that affect us as a people. Children of African descent write in English, French, Spanish or Portuguese. All Judges are of African descent and located across the African diaspora and provide positive and uplifting feedback on the children's essays.
I am looking for Judges. The only qualification is that you are of African descent who wants to encourage Our children in their educational development. All you need is email - no need to go anywhere. Please contact me ASAP with any questions or put me in touch with anyone you think might be interested in this private initiative (NOT funded). I promise you will not read more than 10 essays from the age category of your choice. Enter YOUR children, cousins anywhere in the world.
