Karlos L. Dawkins is a 2006 graduate of the Historic Miles College in Fairfield, Alabama. The eldest of three (3) children, he grew up in Birmingham, Alabama. Dawkins is currently a Customer Service Rep. II at ALAGASCO an Energen Company. Whom he has been employed with for the past five (5) in a half years. While employed with ALAGASCO, Dawkins became very active with, Hands on Birmingham, Energen Leadership Association (ELA), Relay for Life, Junior Achievement, and Children's Harbor.

Dawkins attends The Worship Center Christian Church, in Birmingham, Al, where he is very active in the Church. He volunteers with the Children's Ministry, the Youth Ministry, the College Ministry. And also the Youth Step-Team.

While Dawkins matriculated at Miles , he was a members of the Student Government Association, Miles College Ambassadors Association, The Communications Club, The UNCF-PAC, The MILEAN, and The Theater Club.

Dawkins, is also a member of Sigma Gents, a non-Greek Fraternity at Miles College. He is also a member of the Miles College Birmingham Alumni Association.
