Growing up in a single-parent household without a father, life is challenging, especially in the neighborhood I live in. However, as an African American female, I refuse to fall under the stereotype of which African American women without their fathers end up on welfare with several children, vulnerable to the judgements of society. I am setting an example for young women like me, and showing that it is possible to reach your goals and become successful. I will not let the absence of my father deter me from becoming the best that I can be.

Current Whereabouts:

I am currently into traveling and studying different cultures while meeting different people.

Life & Professional Aspirations:

I aspire to have a career that deals with traveling abroad and international business relations. After graduating from graduate school, I plan to be financially stable so that I am able to continue to give back to my community and improve it.

Varsity Volleyball, Varsity Basketball, Varisty Track, Varsity Softball, Student Government, Debate Team, Yearbook Club, Editor of School Newspaper, Principal's Honor Roll, Student Athlete of the Year

Best Memories:

My junior year when I achieved my goal of getting an A in all of my classes. My junior and senior year when my basketball and volleyball team made the playoffs. When I was made Editor of my school newspaper.
